GLL Ask-An-Expert
Welcome to the GLL Ask-An-Expert program where new and veteran members can connect as mentor and mentee. Members seeking advice or guidance can connect with members willing to share their expertise and experience. No intermediary is needed and no one tracks the connections made between people.

The GLL Best A2J Practices Committee with the Law Librarians’ Working Group of the Self-Represented Litigation Network surveyed law libraries about their services to the self-represented litigant, including self-help programs. Results are displayed in this Story Map. This research and analysis was developed to expand SRL services among law libraries by demonstrating best practices for assisting SRLs. The information also describes important law library services for stakeholders, advocates and the public. This Story Map updates the previous surveys with the results of the 2023 Survey on Law Library Services to the Self-Represented Litigant. Previous surveys and reports can be found .
