Scheduling:
Both Webinars and Coffee Chats are typically scheduled between 11:00 a.m. 鈥� 2:00 p.m. CT.

Webinars are generally held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Coffee Chats are usually scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

成人视频will work with you to coordinate scheduling. Please indicate if there is a preferred time of year for your concept or if there is any urgency related to the offering. Note that Webinars require a 45-day lead time and Coffee Chats require a 30-day lead time for review and promotion.

PARTICIPANTS

To assist in completing your submission, please refer to these role definitions:

Coordinator: Main point of contact for the program. Liaises with other program speakers and 成人视频Staff/Committee members on logistics and event details as needed.
Speaker: Speaking and presenting participant in the program.
Moderator: Helps lead and manage discussions, ensures the program content and Q&A stay on track and on time. This role is optional for webinars.

If the program is accepted, 成人视频will work with the coordinator to secure participant bios and headshots. Note that all Coffee Chat participants must be 成人视频members.
